These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases from biocore.co.in, operated by NISHIKA CREATION under the BIOCORE brand.
1. Products and Information
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs and prices. Colours may appear different depending on your screen, and packaging may change. Please check the product label for ingredients, directions and precautions.
2. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). The total payable amount, including any applicable taxes, is shown at checkout before payment.
We accept prepaid payments through Razorpay only. Cash on Delivery is not available. Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
3. Orders and Availability
Please provide accurate contact and delivery details when ordering.
Orders are subject to product availability and payment verification. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund any payment received. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We offer free shipping across India, subject to courier service availability.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation. Delivery usually takes 5–7 working days after dispatch. These times are estimates.

5. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Customer-requested cancellations are not accepted after an order is placed.
We accept requests for damaged, defective or incorrect products. Please report these issues within 2 days of delivery. Approved refunds are issued within 7 working days; your payment provider may take additional time to credit the amount.

6. Product Use
Use products only as directed on their labels. Check ingredients for known sensitivities and follow any patch-test instructions. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and seek medical advice where appropriate.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.
7. Website Use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent orders or interfere with its operation.
Website content, including BIOCORE branding, photographs and text, must not be copied or used commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder.

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order, subject to applicable law.
10. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing in these terms restricts your right to approach a competent consumer commission or other authority.
