This policy applies to purchases made from biocore.co.in, operated by NISHIKA CREATION.
Returns and Replacements
We accept return or replacement requests only for products received damaged, defective or different from what was ordered. We do not accept change-of-mind returns.
Please report an issue within 2 days of delivery by emailing nishikacreation63@gmail.com with:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label, where relevant.
Please retain the product and its packaging while we review your request. Do not send a product back until we provide return instructions.
After reviewing your request, we will confirm the appropriate replacement or refund arrangements. Any return shipping required for a verified damaged, defective or incorrect product will be arranged or paid for by us.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued within 7 working days to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the amount.
Cancellations
We do not accept customer-requested cancellations after an order has been placed.
If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund any payment received.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law. The 2-day reporting period helps us investigate delivery issues promptly and does not override those rights.
