At Biocore, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Due to the personal care nature of our products, returns and refunds are subject to the policy below.
1. Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or tampered products.
Returns may only be accepted if:
